Our Story

Rotaract District 3790 is a powerhouse of young professionals, students, and changemakers united under one purpose: to serve, to lead, and to uplift.

We are more than just clubs across Northern and Central Luzon.
We are a district-wide movement building stronger communities through leadership, service, and innovation.

With every project, fellowship, and initiative, we prove that youth isn’t wasted on the young it’s fueled by them.

As of today, we are 500+ registered Rotaractors working hand in hand with 3,000+ proud Rotarians. We are 56 active Rotaract Clubs, supported by over 100 Rotary Clubs and growing strong.

Active in 11 provinces:
Abra, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Mountain Province, Benguet, Pangasinan, Zambales, Bataan, Tarlac, Pampanga
