01

Who We Are

Rotaract District 3790 is the official Rotaract district serving Northwest Luzon, Philippines under Rotary International.

We work with our sponsoring Rotary clubs to deliver meaningful, sustainable change across the region.

02

Our Mission

To develop young leaders through community service, international understanding, goodwill, and peace.

03

Our Vision

A district where every young Rotaractor is empowered to lead, equipped to serve, and inspired to uplift the next generation.

04

The District Today

District 3790 brings clubs, communities, and Rotarians together for lasting impact.

What We Stand For

Our core values.

🤲
Service Above Self
The foundational Rotary principle. We put our communities first — always. Every project begins with asking what our communities need, not what's easy for us to give.
⚡
Leadership in Action
We believe leadership is not a title — it's a practice. Our members lead from day one, taking ownership of projects, events, and change that matters.
🌏
Unity in Diversity
Fifty-six clubs. Eleven provinces. Dozens of cultures, languages, and backgrounds. What unites us is stronger than what divides us — a shared purpose.
🔥
Youth-Driven Impact
We don't wait for permission to create change. Young people are not the leaders of tomorrow — we are the leaders of today, building the tomorrow we want to live in.
Our History

Milestones that
shaped us.

From our founding clubs to a 56-club district — every milestone is a testament to the dedication of thousands of Rotaractors who came before.
