Who We Are
Rotaract District 3790 is the official Rotaract district serving Northwest Luzon, Philippines under Rotary International. We are home to 56 active clubs and more than 500 young professionals and students committed to making a difference in their communities.
We operate under the guidance of Rotary International District 3790, working hand-in-hand with our sponsoring Rotary clubs to deliver meaningful, sustainable change across the region.
Our Mission
To develop young leaders with a sense of social responsibility through community service, international understanding, and the advancement of goodwill and peace. Every project, every event, every member is a step toward that mission.
